Every year between 2010 and 2019, The Infinite Three released a long-form piece of semi-improvised music to celebrate the Winter Solstice. A ten-year song cycle of holy drone.
The project continues with The Shining Tongues’ annual Summer Solstice recordings, forming part of an ambitious 40-year endeavour with plans to continue with pieces for the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes (one per year, for ten years, for each cycle).
